Dr. Yadava & the Staff at Performance Rehabilitation provide truly integrated, non-surgical treatment for all spine, sport and occupational injuries. The clinic is unlike any other in the St. Louis area and is without any surgical affiliations. They offer comprehensive services including medical, radiologic and procedural services as well as electrophysiologic testing and physical therapeutics in a state of the art 10,000 square foot facility. In addition, they have been providing regenerative techniques including stem cell therapy and PRP (platelet rich plasma) prolotherapy since 2012.

 

Dr. Yadava is a native St. Louisian who earned his Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed his internship and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Barnes ~ Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He pursued advanced training in sports, spine and electrodiagnostic medicine as well as procedural oriented pain techniques and manual and esoteric healing. Dr. Yadava believes in individualized, balanced treatment plans that are delivered in an elegant atmosphere that promotes peacefulness, self confidence and healing. He understands the value of human touch and compassion that we seldom find in healthcare today. He is a member of a number of medical associations and organizations including the AMA, AAPMR, PASSOR, NASS, AOA and MAOPS.

Hands On Therapeutics (HOT) is a therapeutic extension of the vision of Performance Rehabilitation and delivers comprehensive, specialized instruction and unparalleled hands on care.

David Overby, PT, MHS, OCS owns and operates HOT, which is a physical therapy facility that extends the same commitment to excellence as Performance Rehabilitation. Private treatment rooms, a hydromassage bed and a performance lab are a few of the amenities provided in the delivery of therapeutic services. HOT takes outside referrals and enjoys the privilege of serving the areas finest practices.
