As a courtesy, please call our office if you are running late for an appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, you will likely need to be rescheduled & a $20 rescheduling fee will apply. If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you please provide our office 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged a late fee of $50. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment and do not contact our office, a no show fee of $75 will be applied.
